Online systems
Get quick access to our key online systems and find out where to get IT support if you need it.
As soon as you've been given a Federation student ID and password, you'll be able to access your student email, download Microsoft Office 365 for free, and log into all of our online systems. Remember – if you ever need help navigating these platforms, all you have to do is ask.
My SC is where your uni admin lives. Log in to enrol in units, access results, update your details, view your grades, pay fees, see your GPA and more.
This is your all-in-one online study resource. Use it to access learning materials, assignments, class forums and links to academic supports and student services.
You'll use our timetabling platform to add your class preferences, view your schedule and make adjustments before each semester begins.
You should use our online portal if you have a question about your studies or administration tasks, or to submit forms or other documents.
If your course includes placement units, you’ll use the InPlace platform to upload essential documents and manage your placements.
If your course includes a co-op placement, you'll use the Co-op Placement Portal to search and apply for placements.
If you have online exams, you might be required to use Respondus LockDown Browser (usually just referred to as Respondus) to complete them off campus.
Your academic transcripts and testamurs (certificiates) will be uploaded to My eQuals. You can view, download and share them during your studies and after you graduate.
