Check your eligibility to graduate

Once final grades are released, check your unofficial academic transcript in my Student Centre.

Make sure you have the right amount of credit points to graduate, based on your course structure and student plan.

To be eligible to graduate in our 2026 ceremonies, all grades must be finalised and published by 9am Friday 27 February 2026.

Check that your contact details are correct in my Student Centre and add an alternative email address.

We don’t send graduation emails to your student email, so check your personal email regularly.

If you’re eligible to graduate, you’ll receive an email invitation about 6 weeks before your graduation ceremony.
