Thank you for being part of our community
The Federation University Foundation is deeply grateful to the individuals, families, organisations and staff who choose to support access to education. Together, our donors help create opportunity for students and communities across regional Australia.
Thanks to the generosity of our donor community, Federation University has been able to support students through scholarships, financial assistance and educational opportunity.
Every gift, whether one off or ongoing, contributes to meaningful and lasting impact.

Message from the Chancellor
The work of the Federation University Foundation and our Chancellor’s Circle donors are critical to the university providing support.
The Chancellor’s Circle supports initiatives that expand opportunity for students and strengthen teaching, research and infrastructure across the University. These initiatives align with Federation’s commitment to lifelong learning, meaningful skills development and research that benefits our regions and beyond.
Support may include scholarships, research training, student experiences and learning opportunities that enrich education at Federation.
Foundation scholarships are a crucial way that we can provide practical financial help to high-performing students to ease the costs associated with studying.
In fact, in 2025 alone we provided Foundation scholarships to 232 students across Ballarat, Berwick, Gippsland and the Wimmera, worth $1,002,750. This is due to the generosity of our donors and staff who have joined the Foundation in supporting these students.
Our donors come from diverse backgrounds, united by a shared belief in the power of education. Donors receive regular updates on impact, outcomes and University priorities.
I invite you to become part of this vital network of donors, making a commitment to regional education and the success of Federation’s students."
