The learning skills advisors and librarians at the Writing Space can help you improve your writing. You don’t need an appointment – just drop in.
Visit the Writing Space to get help with essays, reports, literature reviews, presentations – basically any written assessment task. The learning skills advisors and librarians can help you:
- analyse assignment questions and criteria
- evaluate and organise sources
- structure your first draft
- revise and edit your work
- reference correctly.
If you're looking for help with maths and science problems, you can also get STEM support at the Berwick Campus Writing Space.

Mt Helen, Berwick and Gippsland campus libraries
Monday to Thursday, 12–2 pm (during semester)
You don't need an appointment – just drop in. And if you like free donuts, come on a Thursday.
What to bring
You'll get more personalised support if you bring relevant materials, like your assignment instructions, marking criteria, reading lists, notes you’ve made or drafts you’ve started.
