Enrolment amendments

Use this form when you can't enrol online and want to make changes to your unit enrolments for this semester, or a future semester, open for enrolment.

Cross institutional enrolments

Use these forms if you're a Federation University student who wants to study a unit at another university, or a student from another university who wants to study at Federation with us.

Cross provider enrolments

Use this form if you're a Federation University, Federation Online or partner provider student who wants to study a unit at another campus.

Non-award or single unit enrolments

Use this form if you're not enrolled in a Federation course but want to take units without completing a full course.

Have you changed your name?

The name used for your enrolment will be the one that appears on your testamur (graduation certificate). If your legal name has changed since you enrolled, you should fill out the Amend your Personal Details form (PDF 399 KB) and submit it via our online enquiries portal.

Higher Degree by Research

If you're an HDR student, keep in mind that all candidature changes need prior approval from the Research Higher Degree Sub-Committee and must be submitted to Research Services.
