Understand your invoice

Find out what's included in your invoice, when and how you’ll receive it, plus information about VET student loan fee notices and answers to common invoice questions.

Understand your invoice

If you're a Commonwealth supported student and you've chosen to defer your tuition fees through a HELP loan, your fees won't appear as owing on your invoice.

VET student loan fee notices

Before each census date, you’ll receive a VET student loan (VSL) fee notice sent straight to your personal (not student) email address. This notice lists the units you’re enrolled in and that will incur a fee for that billing period, and shows which fees are about to be deferred to the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) as part of your VET student loan.

You don’t need to make an up-front payment for these fees unless you’d like to. If you choose not to pay now, the balance will be deferred to your VET student loan at the census date.
