Meet Sofia
Sofia is our STEM learning skills advisor. She has a background in teaching maths and science, and is passionate about helping students feel more confident – especially if maths makes you anxious.
Sofia can help you break down tricky concepts in a clear, visual way and support you with practical strategies for problem-solving and critical thinking.

Sofia is at the Berwick Campus Library, Monday to Thursday, 12–2 pm, every week during semester. You don't need an appointment – just turn up with your questions, assessment tasks, textbook (if relevant) and calculator.
Log into our appointments platform with your usual Federation password to book a 30-minute tutoring session with Sofia. You can talk to her on campus, over the phone or online.
