We have modern, fully equipped co-working spaces available to hire. You can book a single hot desk or a small meeting room on a casual basis.
Our location
You'll find the Flecknoe Building just south of Sturt St – on the SMB Campus. We've reimagined the space, blending its industrial past with contemporary design and innovation. The bright, open-plan layout is perfect for solo creators, growing startups and casual hot-deskers.
Facilities for tenants
Technology Park tenants have access to:
- high-speed internet
- video conferencing
- printing and scanning
- meeting spaces
- kitchen facilities with tea and coffee provisions
- onsite cafe.
Spaces for hire
Our lease options include:
- full-time desks (permanent spot)
- part-time desks (1 to 3 days a week)
- hot desks (casual)
- full-time private office
- meeting and event rooms
- virtual memberships (hot desk one day per month and use of office address).
Casual bookings can be made through Fedstore. If you're interested in something more regular, please email flecknoe@federation.edu.au.
