About Duncan

Duncan Brown is the Founder and Director of DRB Insights, providing advisory services to organisations regarding their business transformation strategies, including accelerating digital adoption, enhancing innovation and ensuring governance best practices.

Until the end of 2019, Duncan was Senior Vice President, Joint Ventures and Partners at NTT Australia. Prior to this role, he held the position of Director of Strategy and Innovation at Dimension Data Australia for 3 years (Dimension Data Australia was re-branded as NTT Australia in 2019).

Overall, Duncan spent 22 years with Dimension Data/ NTT, working across multiple locations including South Africa, the UK, India and Australia. He dealt with significant diversity across these locations, whilst building well integrated, multi-cultural teams that had shared values and goals. He has held numerous Director roles within the organisation as well as externally. 

Duncan completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor of Social Sciences (Hons) in Economics at the University of Cape Town and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
