MVAGC5102 Studio Discipline A - Part 2

MVAGC5102 Studio Discipline A ¿ Part 2 is the second in a sequence of two courses. This course builds on work completed in MVAGC 5101 and identifies links between technique and expression which allows the student to find coherence of intention, style and meaning. The purpose is to develop a self-assuring vision which directs practice to technical and poetic excellence, with iconography of an appropriately meaningful kind. It provides for the student to propose his or her directions at all stages, with the critical guidance of the lecturer.

Commonwealth supported place (CSP)

A CSP is subsidised by the Australian Government and students pay a contribution amount. Each unit is classified into a band, depending on the study area of the unit (this discipline may be different from the study area of your course).

Grandfathered contribution amount - if you are a continuing student, who commenced your course before 1 January 2021, you will continue paying the same amount as you would have, had legislative reforms not been implemented, for any units that would otherwise have an increased student contribution amount.

Domestic full fee–paying places
