HEALT3705 Health Promotion Internship
Students are offered a unique opportunity to engage in the Health Promotion industry by completing a twelve week internship. The time commitment is 200 hours which equates to two full working days per week or the equivalent. The internship is offered to the third year Bachelor of Health Science students. The main focus of the internship is for students to further enhance their skills and knowledge developed throughout their Degree and to gain practical experience in the health promotion industry. This internship enables students to develop valuable networks and skills to assist with their future employment within the industry.
Commonwealth supported place (CSP)
A CSP is subsidised by the Australian Government and students pay a contribution amount. Each unit is classified into a band, depending on the study area of the unit (this discipline may be different from the study area of your course).

2025 grandfathered contribution amount* $2,329
Grandfathered contribution amount - if you are a continuing student, who commenced your course before 1 January 2021, you will continue paying the same amount as you would have, had legislative reforms not been implemented, for any units that would otherwise have an increased student contribution amount.
