Today, and in the foreseeable future, the world economy will increasingly be dominated by the growth of services. This is primarily due to the increasing importance and share of the service sector in the economies of most developed and developing countries. The growth of the service sector has long been considered as indicative of a country's economic progress. This course covers the services marketing environment, the importance of services and the way in which services are classified. It will also cover the implementation of service marketing strategies, including the marketing mix, delivery frameworks and the importance of a customer focus.
Commonwealth supported place (CSP)
A CSP is subsidised by the Australian Government and students pay a contribution amount. Each unit is classified into a band, depending on the study area of the unit (this discipline may be different from the study area of your course).
