University Basketball League
Join our University Basketball League (UBL) squad for your chance to compete against the top uni student hoopers from all over Australia.
University Basketball League (UBL) is Australia’s national university basketball competition, run by UniSport and endorsed by Basketball Australia. It provides student‑athletes with a platform to compete in a high‑performance, home‑and‑away season against universities across the country, with both men’s and women’s teams participating. Established in 2021, the UBL is the nation’s only dedicated university sports league and continues to grow each year as more institutions join the competition.
2026 fixture
The 2026 season starts Wednesday 12 August and finishes Wednesday 23 September.
Don't miss a layup, dunk or three-pointer. Our home games are played at the Sport and Recreation Centre at Mt Helen Campus. All students, staff, alumni and community are invited to come along and cheer on our Falcons.
