SITHFAB021 Responsible Service of Alcohol

Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) is about minimising excessive alcohol consumption and therefore minimising the negative effects this can have on the community. It seeks to provide a strategy that involves all people in the industry. Skills include: sell and serve alcohol responsibly, assist customers to drink within appropriate limits, assess alcohol affected customers and where required refuse service. This short course meets the VCGLR's mandatory training requirements for staff selling, offering or serving liquor for general, on-premises, late night and packaged liquor licences.
