Password management
Your password is required to access university resources. If you’re locked out, forgot your password or need to create one for the first time as an alum, use the password self-service portal.

Multifactor Authentication
Multifactor authentication (MFA) adds a second step to protect your account. You’ll need to set up Microsoft Authenticator and have a personal email registered in myStudent Centre (for students) or Workday (for staff).
MFA not working?
Changed your phone number or the device you use with Microsoft Authenticator? We’ll help reset your MFA.
If you can’t access your usual device, request a temporary access password (TAP) to be sent to your personal email address.
