With over 25 years of experience, Leigh has worked with global companies Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, Accenture, and Standard Chartered Bank. Returning to Australia, she served as Gippsland Regional Director at Regional Development Victoria before joining Federation University in 2019 as Head of Campus, Gippsland.

Since 2022, Leigh has led industry engagement at the University, focusing on all campuses and their regions, fostering authentic industry connections, integral to Federation University's Co-operative model.

Leigh holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from Monash University and an Executive MBA from City University, London (Bayes Business School). She is recognised for her expertise in engagement, strategy and research, consulting, and communications.
