Mt Helen Campus accommodation
The student residences at our Mt Helen Campus are surrounded by stunning native bushland, but it's only a short walk to lecture theatres, cafes, the Library and the main quad. There's plenty of parking nearby. Keen to stay fit while you study? All residents get a free membership to the Health, Sports and Aquatic Centre.

Bella Guerin Hall
Bella Guerin Hall is made up of 16 two-storey units. Each property contains 10–11 single bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room, a dining space and two bathrooms. Free laundry facilities are also available. There's a central quadrangle with an undercover barbecue area that's used for recreation and unit functions.
Peter Lalor Hall
Peter Lalor Hall is made up of 26 single-bedroom units with shared kitchen and bathroom facilities. Some of the residences have their own washing machines and dryers and others have access to communal laundry facilities. There's a central barbecue area that's used for recreation and unit functions or or if you're interested in native plants or just want a secluded spot to chill, explore the Wayn‑Gurr Derrk community gardens.
Camp St Campus accommodation
Camp St Campus student res is in the heart of Ballarat’s creative precinct – a vibrant home for visual and performing arts. Because the apartments are located above the campus theatres, studios and galleries, the balcony views are amazing. There's parking for student residents on the ground floor of the New North building. And if you're into keeping fit, you can get a free membership at the Mt Helen Health, Sports and Aquatic Centre.
Camp St Campus four‑bedroom apartments
Each apartment has four single bedrooms plus a kitchen, lounge and laundry.
Camp St Camps studio apartments
The studio apartments have single bedrooms, ensuites and kitchenettes.
Victoria Street accommodation
Victoria Street student res is centrally located – ideal for students studying at either SMB or Camp St. There are car parks available at the back of the property (no permit needed), and residents can also use the Mt Helen Campus Health, Sports and Aquatic Centre for free.
Victoria Street Motel
Victoria Street Motel contains large single rooms with ensuites. There's also a fully equipped kitchen and lounge area.
Victoria Street Mansion
Victoria Street Mansion contains large bedrooms with shared kitchen and bathroom facilities. Partnered accommodation is also available – rooms are the same size as the others but include a double bed.
