To get this offer you must:

• be a returning resident
• apply for 2027 academic year 
• apply on or before Wednesday 30 September 2026.

• Eligible applicants will receive a Fedstore voucher valued at $100 RRP.
• The offer is non-transferable and non-refundable.

Terms and Conditions

Eligibility

• ‘Bonus Fedstore Voucher’ offer is available to returning Domestic Federation University enrolled residents seeking on-campus accommodation at Fedliving for the 2027 academic year.
• First Year residents are not eligible for the $100 Fedstore voucher offer.
• Applicants applying for a single semester, i.e. Semester 1 2027, are not eligible for the offer.
• Short-term applicants are not eligible for the offer.

Bonus Fedstore Voucher Offer

• Applicants who submit a completed accommodation application on or before Wednesday, 30 September 2026 will be eligible to receive a Fedstore voucher valued at $100 RRP.
• This offer is non-transferable, non-refundable, and only available to eligible accommodation applicants.

Offer Acceptance Deadline

• To qualify for the Fedstore voucher offer, applicants must accept their accommodation offer no later than Wednesday, 30 September 2026.
• Applicants who fail to accept their accommodation offer by this date will forfeit the Fedstore voucher offer.

Voucher Disbursement

• The Fedstore voucher will be sent via email to the current ‘active’ email address registered in the Fedliving portal of eligible applicants following check-in.
• Applicants who do not check in to their accommodation by Monday, 22 February 2027 will forfeit the Fedstore voucher offer.

General Conditions

• Fedliving reserves the right to amend or withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice.
• All accommodation applications are subject to availability and standard eligibility, application, and allocation criteria.
• By applying for accommodation, applicants agree to abide by all Fedliving policies and procedures.
