NURBN3108 Consolidation of Person-Centered Nursing Practice in Diverse Settings
This unit consolidates students¿ advanced theoretical knowledge, clinical reasoning, and practical skills to support the delivery of safe, high-quality, person-centred nursing care. Students will apply key principles and professional standards across diverse healthcare contexts, with a focus on ethical accountability, reflective practice, effective communication, and collaborative teamwork. Through clinical laboratory sessions and 200 hours of supervised clinical placement, students will develop the ability to integrate clinical judgement with evidence-based practice to ensure safe, culturally responsive, and strengths-based care in alignment with national nursing standards.
Commonwealth supported place (CSP)
A CSP is subsidised by the Australian Government and students pay a contribution amount. Each unit is classified into a band, depending on the study area of the unit (this discipline may be different from the study area of your course).
