NHPPS4004 Advanced Topics in Physiotherapy

Physiotherapists provide care for people with complex healthcare needs. In this unit, you will consolidate clinical reasoning skills, developed during your coursework and clinical placement experience and expand your abilities to analyse situations in which people have complex needs. This unit will incorporate problem-based learning to develop skills of analysis and integration of care through complex healthcare systems. Upon completion of this unit, you are expected to have the critical thinking capabilities you will require upon graduation as a qualified physiotherapist and the reflective and reflexive capabilities to engage in lifelong learning to grow in the ever-evolving healthcare industry.

Commonwealth supported place (CSP)

A CSP is subsidised by the Australian Government and students pay a contribution amount. Each unit is classified into a band, depending on the study area of the unit (this discipline may be different from the study area of your course).

Domestic full fee–paying places
