HENAG3002 Women in Leadership
Learn to address the challenges women face in leadership as you develop your skills to become a strong and successful leader. Given the continued lack of gender balance in leadership roles, there is a need to provide females with the tools, strategies, and best practices to support them in their leadership endeavours. This microcredential will do just that. It will help you gain practical skills to apply in your leadership role as a female such as, building team trust, presence, and influence whilst also addressing challenges unique to women in leadership roles. You¿ll gain a deeper understanding of the context in which you work, your leadership influence, and your individualised leadership style. With this knowledge, you¿ll learn how to build on your skills and experience to develop a strong leadership brand.
Commonwealth supported place (CSP)
A CSP is subsidised by the Australian Government and students pay a contribution amount. Each unit is classified into a band, depending on the study area of the unit (this discipline may be different from the study area of your course).
