HEASP4111 Research Honours Project 1
This unit supports students in developing knowledge and skills in the conceptualisation, design and planning of a research project in an health-related topic. Students will consolidate their skills in searching and appraising relevant academic and/or grey literature in order to undertake an initial scope of the current knowledge regarding a contemporary Speech Pathology practice issue. They will then use these findings as a foundation on which to design and develop a research project and construct a research proposal.
Commonwealth supported place (CSP)
A CSP is subsidised by the Australian Government and students pay a contribution amount. Each unit is classified into a band, depending on the study area of the unit (this discipline may be different from the study area of your course).

Grandfathered contribution amount - if you are a continuing student, who commenced your course before 1 January 2021, you will continue paying the same amount as you would have, had legislative reforms not been implemented, for any units that would otherwise have an increased student contribution amount.
