GPENG1002 Engineering Physics
Within all engineering disciplines there are core concepts that underpin our knowledge as practising engineers.This course will introduce students to the principles of engineering that are used by engineers to analyse fluids,heat and temperature, electrical and electronic systems, areas that are of crucial importance in the21st century. The course outlines the fundamental concepts needed to analyse these topics and support ongoing learning throughout the student's programme of study. Students completing this course will have a fundamental understanding of the concepts required to design and analyse simple systems.
Commonwealth supported place (CSP)
A CSP is subsidised by the Australian Government and students pay a contribution amount. Each unit is classified into a band, depending on the study area of the unit (this discipline may be different from the study area of your course).
