EAAPP4002 English for Academic Purposes ( Intermediate) 4B

The English for Academic Purposes (EAP4 B) program is tailored for the needs of international students wishing to succeed in academic study in Australia. EAP4B is the second five-weeks of a ten-week course of study of the intermediate level of the English for Academic Purposes Level 4 course. Students who successfully complete the course will be able to move to the next five- week level (EAP5A) study of the EAP5 course in preparation for tertiary study at Federation University. Students receive a progress report upon completion of each five-week course. This course aims to develop the intermediate reading, writing, listening, speaking, grammar, computer and study skills required for further study at Federation University, for diplomas, undergraduate and postgraduate programs. It focuses on building students' confidence in the fundamental language skills in an academic context with an emphasis on developing critical thinking and academic literacy skills.
