BULAW2614 Corporations Law
Building upon the introduction to company law in BULAW2611 Organisation Law, the course examines the relevant case law principles and statutory provision (Corporations Act 2001 (Cth)) which regulate corporations in the Australian business environment. Topics covered in this course are: corporate personality, incorporation, corporate constitution, corporate decision making, director¿s duties, member¿s right and remedies, fundraising and insolvency.
Commonwealth supported place (CSP)
