BUHRM5912 Human Resource Management
Overall this course aims to introduce the fundamental concepts of human resource management by exploring the critical relationships between human resource management and improved productivity and performance in organisations. Students will develop an understanding of the impact of key human resource functions in the development of organisations, and by doing so, demonstrate the capacity to identify and analyse significant human resource management issues within organisations.
