BSHSP2008 Hospitality Marketing
"This course embeds the unit of competency from the Advanced Diploma of Hospitality: SITXMPR502: Develop and implement marketing strategies. It will introduce students to fundamental marketing concepts, current marketing issues and the format and contents of marketing plans. Students will develop their ability to research and analyse the internal and external business environment and apply that knowledge to the development of a marketing strategy and plan for a hospitality product or service. "
