BSHSP2001 Organisational Relationships
"This course embeds two units of competency from the Advanced Diploma of Hospitality: SITXCCS501: Manage quality customer service and SITXMGT501: Establish and conduct business relationships. This course will build on BSHSP1011 Quality Customer Service, enhancing the student¿s ability to develop effective relationships with customers through the establishment of quality service systems. It will also examine relationships with other external and internal stakeholders, with a focus on communication and negotiation techniques to assist in the management of agreements and contracts."
