Student Advocacy

Student Advocacy is an independent body – created to help students understand University policies and work through appeals and complaints. The service is funded by the Student Services and Amenities Fee, and it's available to everyone studying at Federation. So if something goes wrong or you need to navigate a tricky situation at uni, you can get advice and personalised support, free of charge.
Read the service charter to learn more about Student Advocacy's responsibilities and service model.
