University Basketball League (UBL) is Australia’s national university basketball competition, run by UniSport and endorsed by Basketball Australia. It provides student‑athletes with a platform to compete in a high‑performance, home‑and‑away season against universities across the country, with both men’s and women’s teams participating. Established in 2021, the UBL is the nation’s only dedicated university sports league and continues to grow each year as more institutions join the competition.
