Supplier Code of Conduct
Our Supplier Code of Conduct (Code) establishes the minimum standards of conduct expected of suppliers providing goods, services or works to the University.
The Federation University Supplier Code of Conduct (Code) establishes the minimum standards of conduct expected of suppliers providing goods, services or works to the University. It applies to all suppliers (including independent contractors, labour hire providers and the employees and subcontractors of those suppliers) regardless of the value of the engagement.
The University seeks to work with suppliers that share these commitments and can demonstrate ethical, sustainable and socially responsible practices within their organisations, supply chains and communities.
Suppliers are expected to proactively assess their compliance with this Code, maintain appropriate evidence of compliance and take timely action to address identified shortcomings.
