Perinatal and Infant Mental Health Research Group
Explore the work of the researchers and clinicians who aim to improve perinatal and infant mental health.
Our mission
We support innovation through joint projects, action research and grant development, with a strong focus on applied research and knowledge translation. This work is designed to create meaningful and lasting impact for local families while contributing to improved outcomes across the broader community.
About the group
The newly established Perinatal and Infant Mental Health Research Group brings together academics from the Institute of Health and Wellbeing and the Institute of Education, Arts and Community who are researching perinatal and infant mental health.
The group meets regularly to foster a collaborative, cross-disciplinary research community that advances evidence-informed, compassionate and impactful approaches to perinatal and infant mental health. We aim to improve outcomes for families, practitioners and communities through research, dialogue and shared expertise.
