Biography
Luis is a research fellow at the Collaborative Evaluation and Research Centre (CERC) and contributes to the implementation of research and evaluation activities of the Centre. He applies his experience and skills gained from other fields into the projects implemented by CERC.
Prior to joining Federation University, Luis was a faculty member at the School of Management at the University of the Philippines Mindanao and handled courses on agribusiness and management, and was involved in agribusiness systems research and development. He also served as consultant to the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) on a regional initiative that addressed hunger and malnutrition through creating enabling environments in agriculture.
Luis also holds an adjunct appointment from the University of the Philippines Mindanao and voluntarily contributes his experience to the initiatives of the university.
