Biography
Dr Kaye Heritage (née Knight) is a senior lecturer in nursing and healthcare leadership and building student self-leadership and leadership capabilities in both the undergraduate and post graduate courses.
Kaye returned to academia at Federation University in 2022 after 11 years working in education and leadership roles in rural health. Kaye has experience as a business owner providing training and education consultancy to healthcare services and entities, government and peak bodies.
Kaye is collaborating on a project about workplace civility in healthcare which focuses on building healthcare workers skills to identify and respond to uncivil behaviour, and to learn more about the factors that lead to incivility in the healthcare workplace.
