My eQuals digital documents
My eQuals allows you to view, download and share your testamur certificate.
After you've officially finished your course, your testamur and academic transcripts will be automatically uploaded to the My eQuals portal. After creating an account, you'll be able to securely view, download and share your official academic documents.
What is My eQuals?
Documents that you'll find in My eQuals
If you're a Federation University graduate, you can access your:
- testamur
- Australian Higher Education Graduation Statement (AHEGS)
- official academic transcript
- statement of attainment
- statement of achievement.
If you graduated as a University of Ballarat student, you can access your:
- testamur
- Australian Higher Education Graduation Statement (AHEGS).
How to access My eQuals
When your course completion is official, you'll receive an email from My eQuals (to your personal inbox) with a link to your account and instructions about how to register and access your documents.
