How to apply as an exchange or study abroad student
Come and study at Federation for a semester (or two) to broaden your education and experience life in Australia. Your time here could even count towards your degree back home.
Federation is one of Australia’s oldest universities. We have several campuses across regional Victoria and offer a range of undergraduate and postgraduate courses. But what we’re most proud of is our diverse student community. We welcome students from all over the world, and we’d love you to join us.
Study options
If you're enrolled at one of our partner universities, you can come and study at Federation University for one or two semesters through our exchange program. You'll earn credit towards your degree and be charged your usual tuition and student fees through your home university.
If your university isn't one of our exchange partners, you can still come and study in Australia for one or two semesters through our study abroad program. You’ll pay Federation University a tuition fee of $10,700 AUD per semester (for three or four units).
