About Prospects
Prospects is a fully licensed training restaurant that offers a polished and professional dining experience. Our commercial cookery and hospitality students prepare and serve food for real guests, with experienced teachers guiding them behind the scenes.
The restaurant is perfect for cocktail parties or formal sit‑down dining events of up to 90 guests. The venue is also equipped with a modern audiovisual system and two screens.

How to book
Submit a booking request through the Service Hub. To help us prepare, please book with a minimum two weeks notice.
Complete the online form and we’ll be in touch to confirm availability, discuss set‑up and arrange a tour.
Booking a table at Prospects
Prospects training restaurant is also open for dine‑in meals and takeaway at selected times throughout the year. We recommend booking ahead or pre‑ordering takeaway so our students can plan and prepare.
