About the Co-operative Centre of Excellence
The Co‑operative Centre of Excellence is a modern venue for professional and community events. Spread across three levels, it offers contemporary spaces with state‑of‑the‑art technology and onsite tech support available on the day.
Available spaces include:
- Connected classrooms (70 capacity)
- Boardroom (18 capacity)
- Focus group and design thinking spaces (22 capacity)
- Meeting rooms (8 capacity)
- Recording pods (2 capacity).

Our location
You’ll find the Co-operative Centre of Excellence at our SMB Campus (104 Lydiard St South). Being in the heart of the city gives your guests convenient access to cafés, restaurants and public transport.
How to book
Submit a booking request through the Service Hub. To help us prepare, please book with a minimum two weeks notice.
Complete the online form and we’ll be in touch to confirm availability, discuss set‑up and arrange a tour.
