Deadly careers at Federation
We aim to employ Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples across all areas of the University and TAFE, in a diverse range of occupations and classification types.

Hey Mob! We're passionate about supporting the employment goals of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. We know that diversity and inclusion make workplaces better, so we're committed to creating meaningful job opportunities for First Peoples. We're keen to foster a sense of community, build respectful relationships and develop a supportive work environment for our employees.
To read more about our plans and priorities for recruiting and retaining First Peoples staff, download the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples Workforce Strategy (PDF 3.6 MB) (A new strategy is being developed and will be available soon.)
