NHPOT3018 Professional Practice Preparation
The purpose of this unit is for students to develop professional skills and competencies in preparation for occupational therapy practice education. Students will examine the Occupational Therapy Board of Australia (OTBA) Code of Conduct (2014); Australian Occupational Therapy Competency Standards (2018) and National Safety and Quality Health Service (NSQHS) Standards (2017) in preparation for professional practice. This course contains 6 hours integrated placement
Commonwealth supported place (CSP)
A CSP is subsidised by the Australian Government and students pay a contribution amount. Each unit is classified into a band, depending on the study area of the unit (this discipline may be different from the study area of your course).
