HSADM3001 Ethics and Community Engagement Principles
After successfully completing this course students will have an understanding of ethics and values applicable to work in the public/not-for-profit sector, which will include work in a context of engaging with communities. Students will understand the role of a public sector/not government organisation manager within a community engagement context in addition to the implications external legislative, economic, political, sociological and cultural factors have on a public sector/not-for-profit organisations community engagement strategy.
Commonwealth supported place (CSP)
A CSP is subsidised by the Australian Government and students pay a contribution amount. Each unit is classified into a band, depending on the study area of the unit (this discipline may be different from the study area of your course).

Grandfathered contribution amount - if you are a continuing student, who commenced your course before 1 January 2021, you will continue paying the same amount as you would have, had legislative reforms not been implemented, for any units that would otherwise have an increased student contribution amount.
