HENAG3004 Leadership Styles: How to find your style and adapt to others

The Leadership Styles: How to find your style and adapt to others course has been designed for current and aspiring leaders to support them in the development of effective leadership qualities, by understanding their personal leadership style and how to adapt to work successfully with others. The course defines what leadership is and how, through applying different styles and approaches, more effective results can be achieved. It also explores the growing demand for women in leadership positions and how diversity in leadership can bring positive change. Learners will explore their own learning style, the difference between leadership and management and identify the challenges associated with leading a team of individuals. This has been designed as a short taster course intended to encourage learners into undertaking our more comprehensive leadership microcredentials, Leadership for Non-Leaders and Women in Leadership.
