HENAG1000 Digital Transformation: Service Design
This course aims to prepare students to partake in the discovery elements of a digital transformation project. Students will work in teams to simulate industry practice and work together on a digital transformation project. Projects will be based on a digital challenge starting from the problem identification, scope definition, project planning, gathering and analysing data and execution in the form of prototypes. Working in an agile fashion, a team, including a project manager and a product owner, will utilise tools and develop skills necessary in discovery projects for digital transformation, synthesise self-gathered and publicly available qualitative data to turn them into actionable specifications for digital design. The learnings from the course can be applied to job roles that are focusing on digital design and transformation.
