This course provides opportunities for students to develop greater managerial self-awareness and self-development by identifying emerging managerial trends and by challenging conventional management thinking. This enables students to think differently about the current and/or future role of managers and leaders within current business, public sector and non-profit sector organisational environment. The interactive workshop format places emphasis on self-development, experiential learning and student centered reflective processes. The workshop results are then examined for their ability to be successfully utilised in contemporary organisations.
