BULAW3743 Advanced Commercial Law
Advanced Commercial Law builds upon the content covered in the subjects BULAW1502 Fundamentals of Law, BULAW1503 Commercial Law and BULAW2611 Organisations Law and integrates the content covered in BULAW2612 Contract Law as well as BULAW1506 Legal Research Methods. The course develops elements of the tort and contract content covered in BULAW1502 Fundamentals of Law. Advanced Commercial Law will examine the common law and statutory principles associated with fundamental proprietary, relational and regulatory aspects of contractual relationships thus expanding upon the content of BULAW1503 Commercial Law.
Commonwealth supported place (CSP)
A CSP is subsidised by the Australian Government and students pay a contribution amount. Each unit is classified into a band, depending on the study area of the unit (this discipline may be different from the study area of your course).
