BSMAN2008 PRINCIPLES OF INNOVATION AND CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT
This course is designed to introduce students to the principles of continuous improvement, innovation and the personal and organizational learning skills required to foster innovation and continuous improvement in an organizational context. Students will explore continuous improvement and innovation links to models of learning organizations and the creation of organizational culture values and attitudes required to develop and sustain a positive working environment. In this context, students are introduced to emerging new organisational models, processes and systems to manage and plan for continuous improvement to deal with increased competitive challenges and the need to be responsive to changing organizational and business environments.
Commonwealth supported place (CSP)
A CSP is subsidised by the Australian Government and students pay a contribution amount. Each unit is classified into a band, depending on the study area of the unit (this discipline may be different from the study area of your course).

Grandfathered contribution amount - if you are a continuing student, who commenced your course before 1 January 2021, you will continue paying the same amount as you would have, had legislative reforms not been implemented, for any units that would otherwise have an increased student contribution amount.
