BSMAN2001 INTRODUCTION TO ORGANISATIONAL CHANGE
This course is designed to introduce students to the principles of organisational change, increased competitive challenges and the need to be responsive to an ever changing environment. It will examine strategic change requirements; change opportunities; and change management strategies. Students will evaluate external and internal trends and environments that create and influence organisational change. They will understand the barriers to change and the essential components of a change management strategy. Students will develop mitigation strategies that address the barriers to change and produce organisational change management plans that include resource requirements, intervention activities and promotional strategies for organisational change.
Commonwealth supported place (CSP)
A CSP is subsidised by the Australian Government and students pay a contribution amount. Each unit is classified into a band, depending on the study area of the unit (this discipline may be different from the study area of your course).

Grandfathered contribution amount - if you are a continuing student, who commenced your course before 1 January 2021, you will continue paying the same amount as you would have, had legislative reforms not been implemented, for any units that would otherwise have an increased student contribution amount.
