BSHSP2005 Hospitality Law and Compliance
"This course embeds the unit of competency from the Advanced Diploma of Hospitality: SITXGLC501: Research and comply with regulatory requirements. Although other courses in the Bachelor of Hospitality (Management) touch on the legal aspects of narrow areas within hospitality management, BSHSP2005 will develop the student¿s appreciation of the complex regulatory environment in which hospitality businesses operate. The course will examine both statutory and common law and will enable the student to research and evaluate compliance requirements. Consideration will also be given to the communication of legal requirements across the organisation, and the processes required to ensure ongoing compliance."
