BSHSP2004 Business and Operational Planning
"This course embeds the unit of competency from the Advanced Diploma of Hospitality: BSBMGT617A: Develop and implement a business plan. The development of a comprehensive business plan draws together knowledge and skills from across the organisation including operations, marketing, finance and human resources. This course will therefore see students draw on previously developed knowledge and skills in those areas, together with the integration of material from the concurrent courses in Semester 2, Year 2 of the Bachelor of Hospitality (Management). The context in which business plans are developed will be considered, together with the systems required to monitor and report on performance variations."
