Verify your enrolment or qualification

Find out how to confirm your enrolment or qualification to Centrelink or an employer.

You might be required to prove your enrolment in order to receive an income support payment from Services Australia. A prospective employer or university could ask you to confirm your current education status or qualification during the application process. Explore different ways to arrange official verification.

Enrolment verification

Log into my Student Centre, select the 'Academic Records' tile, select 'Request Enrolment Verification' then press 'Submit'. A PDF with your enrolment details will open in a new window (so make sure you have pop-up blockers disabled).

If you're an international student and you need to show proof of enrolment for visa renewal, you must use your Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE) instead. Not sure how to? Contact us for help.

Education verification

If a potential employer or university admissions team wants to see your official testamur (graduation certificate) or academic transcript, the easiest way is to share these documents via the My eQuals portal. If you don't have a My eQuals account, the employer or team member can fill out our education verification form instead.

To do this, they will need your:

  • full name (as enrolled)
  • date of birth
  • student number
  • year of study
  • course name
  • written permission.
